Product Design

Product design. We have expertise in this field, specifically through a recent client whose need was for both aluminium casting and plastic injection moulding. This work required design and design development and all patterns and moulds were made from our drawings. This experience has made us comfortable with undertaking work in this area.

	Grey Aluminium cast box and lid. This was designed to fit in with the company's previous products, but to efficiently and safely contain the new plastic mouldings that housed the electronic components.
	Clear injection moulded plastic box. Designed to fit into the aluminium casing.
	Opaque grey injection moulded box. Designed to alleviate the need for an aluminium security cover and to be able to work either in a fixed installation or with a much lighter shell.
